ROANOKE, VA (MARKET WIRE) Alternate Energy Holdings (PINKSHEETS: AEHI) announced the election of James Taylor, former Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), to the company's Board of Directors. Mr. Taylor received the Presidential Distinguished Executive Rank Award from two past U.S. presidents during his tenure at the NRC, and since his retirement he has served on Nuclear Safety Oversight Committees
