TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) Alegro Health Corp. (TSX VENTURE: AGO), a Canadian health services provider, today reported that at its Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2006 Mr. Bob Leshchyshen and Dr. Ron Porter were elected to the Company's Board. The Company also reported the resignation of Dr. Bill Orovan from its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
