TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) Altus Group Income Fund ("Altus") (TSX: AIF.UN) today announced that it has concluded an agreement to indirectly acquire certain assets of Montreal-based Roy Sanche Gold & Associates ("RSGA") for approximately $2 million. Altus concluded the transaction using existing cash resources.
