TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) Altus Group Income Fund ("Altus") (TSX: AIF.UN) announced today that it has formally concluded an agreement to indirectly acquire certain assets of Saskatchewan-based Condon Survey Group Inc., ("Condon") for approximately $4,000,000. Altus concluded this transaction using a combination of cash, bank financing and limited partnership units.
