PIRAEUS, GREECE (MARKET WIRE) FreeSeas Inc. (NASDAQ: FREE) (NASDAQ: FREEW) (NASDAQ: FREEZ), a provider of seaborne transportation for dry bulk cargoes, announced today that it filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2005.
