The Company announces the exercise of 1,668,030 warrants generating proceeds to the Company of Pounds Sterling 875,715. Pursuant to the exercise of the warrants the Company will issue 1,668,030 Ordinary Shares of 1p each. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the shares to AIM, which is expected to take place on 5 October 2006.
Following admission the total number of shares in issue will be 129,801,185.
