(PINKSHEETS: VIPM) today announced that it has set the date for its 2007 Annual Shareholder Meeting and that Mark Helms, its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, will present the Company's strategic business plan to the shareholders at that meeting.

VIP Comlink's Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Friday, May 11, 2007 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the corporate offices of Fusion Multisystems, Inc. located at 1011 East Holladay Road, Suite 210, Salt Lake City, Utah. VIP Comlink's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Helms, will conduct the meeting and update the shareholders on the company's business.

The company's annual report for 2006 and 2007 annual proxy statement will be available on the company's web site after first being mailed to stockholders of record.
