The cities licensed New World's integrated, multi-jurisdictional Aegis/MSP Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management, Mobile Computing, Field Reporting and Aegis Justice Link for information sharing, along with additional modules, to improve productivity, effectiveness and service to the community.

"The evaluation began because the current vendor was discontinuing support for their existing solution," said Cit Com Inc. Consultant, Bill Romesburg, who assisted in the selection process. "In the end, New World scored the highest of any vendor on the 16 critical evaluation points we used to make the decision. Once we looked at the New World solution, we began to see the application in terms of being able to transform our processes, not simply provide utility for them. The familiar Windows platform also reduces training, allowing the cities to benefit from the integrated software quickly.
