Innova Holdings, Inc.: Brian Jacobson Joins Innova Holdings Robotic Workspace Technologies (RWT) Subsidiary as Senior Sales Manager

FORT MYERS, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/17/2006 -- Innova Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: IVHG), a robotics technology firm providing software and hardware systems to the service, personal, and industrial robots markets, announced today Brian Jacobson joins Robotic Workspace Technologies, Inc. (RWT™), a wholly owned subsidiary, as Senior Sales Manager. He will be responsible for sales of the recently launched open architecture PC URC3™ robot controller (Universal Robot Controller 3) in the Western Territory.

Prior to joining RWT, Mr. Jacobson was the RIBS Product Manager at Automated Concepts, Inc. a systems integrator with expertise in factory automation, custom manufacturing systems, and robotics. He was responsible for the North American sales, specializing in press brake automation, material removal, material handling, and machine load-unload applications.

Mr. Jacobson earned his MBA in Marketing at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration (Engineering and Business) from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. He resides in the Chicago area.
