ASHEVILLE, NC (MARKET WIRE) Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) announced today that the Company has removed more than 826,000,000 common shares from the float during the first quarter of 2007. This action reduces the number of outstanding shares to 4,207,586,254, which is more than a 16% reduction since December 31, 2006.
