TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) Altus Group Income Fund ("The Fund") (TSX: AIF.UN) is pleased to announce its distribution for the month of June 2006. The cash distribution will be $0.10 per unit or $1.20 on an annualized basis, an increase from $0.958 per unit or $1.15 annually. This increase represents the Fund's first distribution increase since its inception on May 19, 2005.
