MONTREAL, QUEBEC (MARKET WIRE) Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: AFA) announces that its Board of Directors, by a resolution dated October 26, 2006, has authorized the extension until February 12, 2007 of the expiry date of the 3,750,000 share purchase warrants set to expire on November 12, 2006 with an exercise price of $0.15.
