ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (MARKET WIRE) Altius (TSX VENTURE: ALS) reports that on September 6th, 2006 it agreed to sell a portion of its equity shareholding in Aurora Energy Resources Inc. Altius sold a total of 2,986,900 shares of Aurora for gross proceeds of C$31,213,105.
