MEMPHIS, TN (MARKET WIRE) ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ATWT) announced today the Board Of Directors and shareholders were very pleased at its fourth annual shareholders' meeting. The meeting began at 10 a.m. and ended shortly after noon to accommodate the question-and-answer segment. The meeting adjourned at 12:30 and the directors remained until all questions and comments were addressed.
