HOUSTON, TX (MARKET WIRE) Peter J. Lyons, President of EIT Inc., based in Sanford, Florida, a wholly owned subsidiary of Travana Networks Inc (FKA Mesa Resort Dev. Corp.) (PINKSHEETS: MRDV), announced today it has signed an agreement with TXP Corporation (OTCBB: TXPO) to sell TXP's iPhotonics family of Optical Network Terminal (ONT) products as well as its outside plant cabinet retrofit solutions.
