ZHEJIANG, CHINA (MARKET WIRE) China 3C Group (OTCBB: CHCG), the parent company of Zhejiang Yong Xin Digital Technology Co., Ltd., today announced that the Company has signed a sales agent agreement with the Hangzhou branch of China Unicom Limited.
