VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (MARKET WIRE) Christopher James Gold Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CJG) has reached agreement with Chesapeake Gold Corp. ("Chesapeake") to acquire up to a 65% interest in the Cucaracha Dorada gold project located in southern Durango State, Mexico.
