LONDON, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) Countryside Power Income Fund (TSX:COU.UN) today announced it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at the Toronto Board of Trade. The AGM will start at 10 a.m. (ET). Countryside will hold a conference call and live audio webcast the same day at 11:30 a.m. (ET) to discuss financial results for the first quarter of 2006 ended March 31.
