LEICESTER, NY (MARKET WIRE) The Board of Directors of CPAC, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPAK) today declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.07 per share, payable on June 28th, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 22nd, 2006.
