VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (MARKET WIRE) Cardero Resource Corp. ("Cardero" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CDU)(AMEX: CDY)(FWB:CR5) is pleased to announce that it has entered into agreements to acquire a 100% interest in the Incahuasi gold property in Catamarca province, northwestern Argentina. This property forms part of the Company's gold property portfolio in the prospective 61,000 km2 Santa Victoria basin.
