LOS ANGELES, CA (MARKET WIRE) (NYSE: KYN) Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company (the "Company") declared its quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share for the period June 1, 2006 to August 31, 2006. This represents an annualized dividend yield of 6.6% based on the Company's closing stock price of $27.42 per share as of September 14, 2006.
