CALGARY, ALBERTA (MARKET WIRE) Charter Realty Holdings Ltd. ("Charter")(TSX VENTURE: CRH.P) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to issue up to 2,500,000 common shares on a private placement basis at a price of $0.20 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000.
