HOUSTON, TX (MARKET WIRE) Grifco International, Inc. ("Grifco" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: GFCI) announced today that its reorganization with Tree Top Industries, Inc. ("Tree Top") would not affect its plans to spin-off the operations of Coil Tubing Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CTBG) ("CTT") as a separate entity.
