FRANKLIN, TN (MARKET WIRE) Civitas BankGroup (NASDAQ: CVBG) has announced plans to sell its 50% ownership interest in Insurors Bank of Tennessee, in Nashville, Tennessee, announced Richard E. Herrington, president of Civitas.
