TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) The Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund (the "Fund")(TSX: CWI.UN) announced today a cash distribution of $0.0983 per unit for the month of June 2006. The distribution will be payable on July 31, 2006 to unitholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2006.
