TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) The Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CWI.UN) announced today a cash distribution of $0.10250 per unit for the month of October 2006. The distribution will be payable on November 30, 2006 to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2006.
