VICTORVILLE, CA (MARKET WIRE) Ronald L. Wilson, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Desert Community Bank (the "Bank") (NASDAQ: DCBK), announced that the Board of Directors declared a $0.04 per share cash dividend to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2006.
