CLEVELAND, OH (MARKET WIRE) Developers Diversified (NYSE: DDR), the leading owner, operator and developer of market-dominant community centers in the U.S., announced it has acquired a 50% joint venture interest in Sonae Sierra Brazil, a fully integrated retail real estate company based in Sao Paulo. Sonae Sierra Brazil is a subsidiary of Sonae Sierra, an international owner, developer and manager of shopping centers based in Portugal.
