EPHRATA, PA (MARKET WIRE) The Board of Directors of D & E Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: DECC) announced a quarterly dividend of $.125 (12.5 cents) per share of common stock payable on June 15, 2006, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2006, maintaining the Company's current dividend.
