MONTREAL, QUEBEC (MARKET WIRE) Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corporation ("Afri-Can")(TSX VENTURE: AFA) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consultancy agreement with Natural Diamond Corporation N.V.
