PORTLAND, OR (MARKET WIRE) Northwest Pipe Company (NASDAQ: NWPX) reported today that it was named as pipe supplier by Balfour Beatty Construction, Inc. of Fairfield, California for an East Bay Municipal Utility District project near Sacramento, California.
