MONTREAL, QUEBEC (MARKET WIRE) Golden Tag Resources Ltd (TSX VENTURE:GOG) ("Golden Tag") is pleased to report the successful completion of due diligence matters with respect to the San Diego Property in Durango State, Mexico where Golden Tag is earning a 50% interest from ECU Silver Mining Inc. by expending a total of US$1.5 million over three years in increments of US$500,000 per year (see Company news release of November 2, 2005).
