TORONTO, ONTARIO (MARKET WIRE) (TSX VENTURE: IS.UN) InStorage Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") announced today that it has closed its previously announced private placement of 75,000,000 Trust Units of the REIT offered at a price of $1.00 per Unit.
